When is the Fair?
The 150th Broome County Fair will be held from Tuesday, July 22 to Sunday, July 27, 2025 at the Broome County Fairgrounds in Whitney Point, NY.
How much does it cost to get into the Fair?
General admission (13 years and older): $8.00
Youth (5 to 12 years old)*: $2.00
Under 5*: Free
*Must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older)
How much are carnival rides?
Tickets: $1 per ticket. Rides are three to six tickets each.
Wristbands: $25 per person, unlimited rides during the listed times, each day.
Wristbands must be purchased each day.
What is your refund policy?
Fair admission: We do not offer refunds. The Fair occurs rain or shine.
Grandstand admission: Refunds will not be given once a grandstand show has started.
Carnival rides: The carnival is an independent operator. They do not provide refunds.
All purchases are done at your own risk!
Do you allow pets?
Pets are NOT allowed on the Fairgrounds. Emotional support or therapy animals are NOT allowed on the Fairgrounds.
Can you bring your own food or drink?
Though we do not strictly prohibit fairgoers from brining in their own food or drink, we strongly desire that fairgoers enjoy the excellent food and refreshments, provided by our vendors and carnival. We recognize that certain individuals may have special dietary needs and do permit those items to be brought in.
We DO NOT allow alcoholic beverages to be brought into the Fairgrounds.
Coolers may be subjected to searches and are not permitted in the Grandstands.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on the Fairgrounds, at the Whitney Point intermediate school (TRA) and Whitney Point High school. Parking is first come, first served and is free.
